Urrbrae Agricultural High School

Matthews Architects led the Urrbrae Agricultural High School Redevelopment under the Capital Works program, delivering key new and refurbished facilities. The project included a new Year 7 and Music building featuring a centrally located teacher preparation area overlooking the circulation space for effective supervision. The music rooms offer high acoustic treatment and are accessed via a covered outdoor space to separate noise from general learning areas. The gym refurbishment added tiered seating, enabling the school to host assemblies for all students. This redevelopment enhances supervision, acoustics, and assembly capabilities, supporting a dynamic learning environment.
