Ngutu College Building 2

Ngutu College embodies cultural and social awareness in every aspect of its educational approach. The vision
for this project was to de-institutionalise the campus and create a welcoming, home-like environment for students
from Birth to Year 12. The staged redevelopment responds to both the school’s growing enrolment and its funding requirements, with a focus on long-term educational and community outcomes. The works have been delivered across multiple stages to support the operational needs of the school as it expands.

Design works for Building 2, comprising a further 2,000m², were completed in February 2024, with construction successfully delivered over six months. Both buildings were strategically staged into sub-packages to align with budget constraints and minimise disruption to the active school environment.
