Key features include 3D ceiling tiles, felt desk dividers, and acoustic underlay beneath the carpeting to reduce noise. Private soundproof booths offer quiet spaces for focused work and confidential conversations, ensuring a productive and comfortable environment.

The brief involved a full refurbishment of approximately 260m² of existing facilities to create a modern workspace for 35 to 50 workstations. The design included an entry zone with a digital booking/display station and a news board. The fit-out and services need to be tailored to meet the specified budget while ensuring functionality and flexibility.
