Catering North

The project aimed to successfully accommodate the relocation of the current Cookery and Hospitality programs from the Adelaide Campus to the Regency Campus. To support this transition, refurbishment works were required in F Block, which was previously used for cookery and hospitality training.

This refurbishment focussed on upgrading and modernising existing kitchens and training restaurant facilities to ensure they meet the educational, operational needs for contemporary vocational training.
