Education Centre Flinders Street

The project involved the internal fitouts of Levels 14, 16, and 17 of the Education Centre Building to accommodate the Courts Administration Authority (CAA). Our team provided design, documentation, and contract administration services for both full and partial floor refurbishments.

Careful coordination between the Department for Education and Child Development (DECS) and the CAA was essential to develop a detailed staging plan that aligned with critical leasing milestones. The multi-level fitout consolidated staff across new levels, facilitated the relocation of teams from another city building, and reconfigured tenancy spaces to enhance operational efficiency.
