Located on Main North Road, the extension of the Clayton Church Homes facility required careful planning to maximise the limited land available. The design was developed to ensure each bedroom enjoys a courtyard view, while addressing sound and noise vibration challenges due to proximity to the busy road. The thoughtful layout and detailed design prioritise resident comfort and privacy despite the spatial constraints.
