The catalyst for the renovation of this school library was the integration of I.T. and library teams that previously occupied separate spaces. With this merger, we were able to deliver a more flexible and efficient working environment for the combined team as well as students, create an additional flexible learning area for student and staff use, and visually open the library space.

Through the careful selection of new book shelving units, loose furniture and a fresh colour palette, several inviting and flexible zones were created, providing opportunities for staff work and break areas, group student learning, social learning and private study spaces, anchored by a consolidated support desk.
